urgent please

Hi, this is a desperate plea - meaning it's urgent as I have been aksed to
deliver an express-style translation of Billie Holiday blues standards and
have found my English sadly lacking in reference to the song "God bless the
child"...

"Mama may have, Papa may have - But God bless the child that's got his own,
that's got his own..."
(and the ending goes: "He just worry 'bout nothin' Cause he's got his own")

his own what? may sound daft but I cannot rely on my intuition which tells
me it's about a child who has nothing but the God's support)

another song and another point of doubt  (

Some call me honey - Others think I got money

"built for speed"?  pardon me, no comprehendo... any bright ideas?
