Availability of Old Dictionaries Online

Someone asked me today whether Johnson's Dictionary is online, and I said
I thought probably only selections were online.  Then I realized that
Eighteenth Century Collections Online must have all the 18th-century
editions of Johnson, as well as lots of other 18th-century
English-language and bilingual dictionaries.  I looked at ECCO and it is
clear that this is the case.  I assume Early English Books Online has a
comprehensive collection of pre-1700 English-language and bilingual
dictionaries.

I thought the above was worth pointing out to those on this list who have
access to ECCO and/or EEBO.
