frying pans

I might be the least credible here, but in my central Ohio dialect I say
"skillet," no matter the metal. I use a couple descriptors like "iron
skillet" if it's made of iron, "non-stick skillet," for the teflon
types, and "electric skillet". I picked up the use of "fry pan," not
"frying pan,"  in eastern KY, but I usually don't use those terms.
