boy’s head in a toilet (either clean or unflushed) and flushing - was
learned by some [...] youngsters attending a summer hockey camp

Those who remember Lindsay Anderson's movie _If_ (1968) may recall that
one hapless boy is given just such a torture and those of us who had the
dubious pleasure of attending all too similar establishments recall the
activity - but as for a UK name? Nothing springs to mind.
