Twice-baked potato(1923)-antedating nothing

Just helping out Barry.

I would have guess that twice-baked potato was only from the 40's or 50's, even though it's so simple, it must have been something done even before 1900.

There is a recipe following which describes the process just a we do them today. this one using grated cheese and paprika in addition to milk, salt, pepper.
