   Lynda's mother is a caterer and she gave us her recipe for Greek butter
cookies, Koulourakia.  At least, that's her spelling.  Our New York Times
Cookbook has a slightly different recipe and a very different spelling,
Kourambiedes.  Anyway you spell it, try these when you want to make a big batch of
cookies, as this yields 6 to 7 dozen small cookies.
