Dear ADS-L readers:

The Journal of English Linguistics would like to have reviewed a couple of
recent non-academic books that are nonetheless of interest to the musty
world of English language scholarship:

The Meaning of Everything: The Story of the Oxford English Dictionary, by
Simon Winchester
Rogue Scholar: The Sinister Life and Celebrated Death of Edward H. Rulloff,
by Richard W. Bailey

These reviews can run ~1000 words, and would need to be completed within 3
months after receipt of the book.

If you are interested, please let me know by email at crice at louisiana.edu.
If you haven't yet authored or reviewed for us, please include a short vita
or professional link.

Thank you.

Clai
