Alice and Jesse speak of "Jewish time". It seems to me that I've always
heard this expression from my relatives. (We are Jewish.)

Jesse notes:
>>>>>
I hear new variants of this constantly--"[some ethnic, racial,
religious etc. group] time" = 'late'.
 <<<<<

It seems to me that there's a significant difference in whether or not such
terms are used by the group referenced in them.

On the other hand, "Mormon standard time", which Fritz cites, or "Mormon
time" as I have heard it, I was told referred to extreme punctuality: that a
Mormon would say "I'll be there at 5:06" and appear at your door at 5:06.
