It is of course available in the journal DICTIONARIES, but it is practically
impossible, apparently, to get a copy from the DSNA, which is not a part of
JSTOR (but should be), and a lot of libraries don't get DICTIONARIES
(though they
should)!
Ron et al,
I haven't been on the ADS-L for a while, but someone forwarded this to me
from a couple weeks ago, for which I thank them. I'll sign on again just
to answer this.
It is very possible, indeed very easy, to get a copy of the journal from
DSNA! All you need to do is send me money. All volumes which are not out
of print are listed on the DSNA website (see below for URL) with prices for
members and non-members. The table of contents of all volumes is also
posted. Ask and ye shall receive.
Just out of curiosity, why do you think it is practically impossible??
We would love it if more libraries received DICTIONARIES. Have you (not
you, Ron. I'm talking to all the rest of you who are reading this) asked
your library to subscribe? If not, please do! It's a bargain. Support
your professional organizations!
Any questions about DSNA? Just ask me.
Thanks.
