Sure, you were asked.  I was throwing the question to everyone, just out
of curiosity as to what folks think would be fertile ground.

My own (layperson's) interests lie with the printed stuff, which is why
I was suggesting the materials that I did.

I suppose Barry would like to have a big stack of menus digitized and
searchable.

Other areas that might yield useful citations would include:
ethnic magazines (Jet, etc.)
pulp crime mags (and beyond the pulp era through the 1950's)
Western mags
Penny Dreadfuls and dime novels of the late 1800's
Church bulletins (are they comparatively recent?)
Fan club magazines/newsletters
Daily Variety and Hollywood Reporter
movie fan mags back to the 1930's
Teen mags (Tiger Beat, 16, etc.)
union local newsletters and national publications

Any other suggestions?
