hardest to pronounce

I don't see what is so hard about _no_, either.  Do you mean English word, or a word from any language? Do you mean a word from any language for English speakers?  'Squirrel' is difficult for German speakers.  On the other hand, the German word for squirrel "Eichhoernchen" is difficult for many native English speakers.
The question needs more explanation.
