Does anyone have Patrica Cukor-Avila's e-mail address? The only one I can find online (listed in 2 different places, including her school's news service) is <pcavila at jove.acs.unt.edu>. This bounces back as having "permanent fatal errors." Anyone have an address with impermanent fatal errors? Or, better still, permanent nonfatal errors?
