Antedating of "Dilbert"

Bill Mullins recently pointed out that old issues of naval aviation
periodicals were on the web.  In the oldest issue there is an antedating
of "dilbert":

1943 _Bureau of Aeronautics Navy Department News Letter_ 1 Jan. 34
(caption of cartoon) Dilbert, of course, never visualized a maneuver.
