Ubiquitous prescriptivism

Obviously, God is on my side when I'm being either descriptivistic or
prescriptivistic.  It just depends on what I'm trying to do (write a
dictionary entry or admonish my sons to speak as I want them to).  I think
God must be a linguist of particularly wide-ranging philosophy.  By the
way, are speakers of Klingon very prescriptive in their attitudes?  And,
what is the size of the Klingon lexicon?
