Whippersnappers: The "Youth International Party" was a media hoax created by the late antiwar-activist-hippie-anarchist-absurdists Abbe Hoffman and Jerry Rubin for the purpose of messing with the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.  Pigasus (wingless, despite his name) appeared briefly in the news before he was allegedly, um, "consumed" by his political ambitions.
