Drum 'n' bass ~ D 'n' B

Just to add a final observation on the topic of drum 'n' bass ~ D 'n' B, I asked
my (British) DJ brother whether he ever used "D 'n' B" instead of drum 'n' bass,
as I'd never heard him say it.  He said he did, and that you would see "D 'n' B"
on event flyers and so on, but that he never used it to people who weren't
likely to know what it meant easily, "because some people don't know what drum
'n' bass is, never mind D 'n' B".  He did add, though, that he had friends who
used "D 'n' B" no matter who they were talking to.
