"all growns up" was new to me. here, possibly associated with AAVE.
but the raw google web count is 1,240, and a great many of them have no
visible association with black culture.  so, perhaps a quote used as a
formula, with jocular/affectionate overtones.  (Chad Capellman -- a
definitely european american type -- who's the managing editor of the
Media Center at the American Press Institute, exults about online news:
"We're all growns up!")
