"Stinky pinky"

Until the recent ads-l discussion I had come across "stinky pinky" only one time (1960s or 1970s), and that was in the context of piano playing. Someone was interviewed by a journalist and mentioned various challenges/diffiiculties faced by piano players. The final comment mentioned "a stinky pinky," i.e., a pinky-finger which due to its weakness causes some piano-players considerable problems.
