Last time we covered this, I found examples relating to expulsion from
military school back to 1980:

I only found the sexual sense back to 1991, which doesn't predate Connie
Eble's 1990 attestation (or my own memory of the term from the late '80s).
Hmmm, _Slang and Sociability_ used to be searchable on Google Print, but
the link no longer works:

I hope that's merely a glitch and not a portent of publishers removing
