  Sen. Arlen Specter (R.-Pa.) has characterized the President's secret order to the NSA to monitor calls without a warrant as "extremely problemsome" (CNN ten minutes ago.)

  "Problemsome" appears to be well established in Sen. Specter's usage. Michael Quinion noted it in 2003 :
