almost all the web-available sources have wilson's version, often as
"Archie da manager speakin'" (Ed Gardner, who played Archie, was a
genuine new yorker).  followed by: "Duffy ain't here/heah" and then,
i think, almost always, "Oh, hello, Duffy."
