Sam Hill (1832?)

That's the version of "Sam Hall" that I remember from the ASF story, except
that the last line was censored, so that "I hate you one and all" was the
last line. When I was a kid, my stepfather brought home a Josh White album.
I remember "Waltzing Matilda" and "Molly Malone" from the LP that we had.
