FW: a new equivalent of "Joe Blow"--("Hugo Blomee" listed in a database)

My thanks to George Cole for his message, which I now share with ads-l.
He justifiably wonders how the name "Hugo Blomee" arrived in the database, and
until this is clarified I'm hesitant to draw any conclusions.
