Thanks for the (ahem) feedback, everyone--I'll have to save these
messages for what I also hope will be a next LSA/ADS meeting in our
lifetime.  As for the somewhat maligned Le Cheval, besides their nice
squid dishes, I very much liked their red snapper with okra, a dish
which they may offer in Durham and Orlando but which I've never
encountered in the northern cities Vietnamese/Thai joints I know.
