I was walking past MANDLER'S, THE ORIGINAL SAUSAGE CO., 26 East 17th  Street,
_www.mandlers.com_ (http://www.mandlers.com) . Mandler's  serves "Peppadew."

"Peppadew" seems to be trademarked. However, OED has "Jarlsberg" and  other
trademarked foods. What about "pquante pepper"?

Ah! I was searching first for the third line, "stirred with a spade,"  hoping
to get the whole thing. There's an 1891 "lemonade + made in the shade"
ProQuest hit, but I couldn't find it in the text.
