No findable, independent Internet uses of beazel, beazle, beezle, or  beezel meaning "girl."

_Sullivan's Travels_, the only American source where the word is known to appear in running text, may be relying on Wodehouse.  Note that it's the *English butler* who uses the word.

This seems reminiscent of "besom" = "woman" (derogatory).
