"Feeb" seems to be doubly derogatory - apparently as a shortening of
"feeble" and used by non-FBI law enforcement to refer to the FBI as "the
feebs" with a similar implication.

said that he had used "foob" in the past "merely as a more insulting,
patronizing form of 'feeb'".  It also suggests "foobar", of course.
