Whole Nine Yards (1855)

The "Richard A. Stratton" in question was a Navy pilot who was shot down in
January of 1967.

Back to a guy who picked it up either as a flyer in Viet Nam before he was
captured, or perhaps just in the course of being in the military when
released as a POW.
