Since my previous announcement was premature (book was not yet available
at that time), let me repeat the shameless plug.

that should be of interest to many on this list.

Yale University Press is publishing in August a book by Gary Westfahl
entitled Science Fiction Quotations.  This is the first real book of
science fiction quotations, and I can attest from having seen the
manuscript that it is an absolutely first-rate work in terms of both
capturing the important quotations and presenting texts and sources with
great accuracy.  Gary Westfahl is a leading scholar of science fiction
studies.

The foreword to the book was written by Sir Arthur C. Clarke.

Price is $25.00.  The ISBN is 0-300-10800-1.  The book is listed on
