Sooking?

Got a letter to the editor that read: “The never-ending, overly personal
bleating and sooking from your contributors has finally defeated me.”
 
Sooking? 
 
Is it Yinglish? Slang? Where’s it come from?
 
I have very limited resources now that I can’t use Safire’s library.
