"good enough for Jesus" redux

The old saying attributed to Ma Ferguson ("If English was good enough
for Jesus...") has been making the rounds again, in the context of
Pres. Bush's objection to the new Spanish version of the national
anthem. I've posted to Language Log about this, incorporating the
