I generally used and heard "ride shotgun" in the 1960's and 1970's. I still
use it routinely to this day. I think I have occasionally heard "have/got
shotgun" meaning "have/got the shotgun seat/position" ... at least it
sounds natural to me. IIRC, I've never encountered either "call shotgun" or
"travel shotgun" in the wild myself.
