"You know how I roll" = whatever

Thanks for the citation, Hillary.  "You know how I am" undoubtedly works in many cases, but the speaker's tone in the commercial sounds a little too superior and dismissive. Also, it's clear that this is the first time the two shipments have met.

"How I roll" is roughly equivalent to "how I am" or "how I live my
life." Maybe "how I be"?

Dates back at least as far as 1995 in The Barrio Boyzz' "How We Roll":

This is how we roll
And were rolling like that
So honey's come in
Kick off your shoes and lay back
(Champagne, caviar, and bubble bath)
