A reporter asks the incoming UN Secretary-General, "How do you expect to change the culture of this organization?"

  M-W defines this extremely common usage: "the set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes an institution or organization <a corporate culture focused on the bottom line>."

  OED lacks this sense.
