I am not referring to any living persons by the above epithet, but I am
curious to
know if it is generic (applicable to many individuals) or specific, as in
the one googlit it elicits, although I couldn't locate the phrase in the
text displayed, not even by doing a WORD search after a cut and paste;
probably my mistake.
