This is what she does.

Since we here on this list are not interested in advanced erotic
practices, but only in the words that name them: if he was giving the
ingenue an order that in her innocence she failed to understand, that
would be evidence that the word "blow" in the carnal sense is older
than the citations in HDAS show.
