incent : a big SOTA

Just so happens that you can derive 'incent' by stealing the 'no' out of an
'innocent'--that's how Satan does his thing, by getting innocents to
abandon 'no' in favor of 'yes', with original incentives like apples--which
seems pretty indecent to me (and of course, you can take the 'de' out of
'indecent'...but you can't take the 'T' outa Texas) so there's probably
something to get incensed about.
