Dine & Dash (1987), or Chew & Screw

I suspect "dine and dash" may have been around even before 1987. Ricky
Schroeder and friends, while on a triple date, attempted to "dine and dash" in
Silver Spoons, which ran from 1982 to 1986. I know it is where I learned of
the term.
