Hit and Miss

[Barbara Need]

On the weather report last night, the weatherman said that the storms
in the Chicago area would be "hit and miss". The first time he said
it, I wasn't sure what I heard--but I remember thinking, he must have
said "hit or miss". Then it turned up as "Hit & Miss" across the top
of the screen--and he said it three more times!
