Though I would hesitate to say that one oddly-translated antedating makes the
other's meaning moot (I'm interested in antedating, but also in context,
trajectory, and tradents), I will say that I found that both cases concern
Johann Heinrich Jung-Stilling, which clarifies sufficiently for me. Thanks.
