I was checking out the new building going up just across the street,  "Sutton
57." The cheapest one-bedroom is going for--get this--$975,000. It's  true
that I have a studio that I'm fixing up, and it's not a one-bedroom, but  it's
really gorgeous now. It's gotta be worth something for when I leave the Big
Apple and buy a house.

garden." OED does have a "sun roof."

As I understand it, a moon garden is filled with flowers of very  light/white
shades that really look luminous in moonlight. Moonflower is  an obvious
choice because of it's color and the fact that it opens and  releases it's perfume
at night.
