Card-game names

Is it simply "hearts" or is it "dirty hearts"?

Is it simply "eights" or is it "crazy eights"?

Is it "acey-deucey" or is it "in-between"?

Is it "bid whist" or is it "kitty whist"?

And there's an alternate name for the game, "spades," that I can't
recall at the moment.
