A report from Alan Clendenning, AP reporter on (BBC/WGBH radio news
magazine) "The World," on a prison uprising in Sao Paolo, said that the
prisoners had pretty much "'the run of the mill' of the prison," meaning
they had control over many aspects of its operation.
