Great catch, in any case, Bill. Heard on "Judge Joe Brown": "I was paying
about $150/mo. for his cell[phone] till we broke up. Then the bill got
_rang_ up to over $500/mo." Prolly just a tip of the slung, but perhaps
worth a smile, given the underlying "telephone-rang" context.
