more NYT spellchecking fun

eagle-eyed johannes fabian reports still another very common and non-
spellcheckable spelling error that made it into the NYT today, in a
story under the head "Colorado Professor Responds to Criticism":

Mr. Churchill, an ethnic studies professor, also said the university
violated his rights by announcing the findings. A university
spokesman, Barrie Hartman, disputed that. "He's the one whose made
the case public," Mr. Hartman said.

he phoned me, and i pulled it up on-line, only to discover that the
spelling had been corrected to "who's".  half a cheer for the NYT!
