Dear Barry:

Good morning. Your email was forwarded to me. My name is Jim Walsh and
I am the Readex Account Executive who covers New York City. You asked:

I'm a scholar who is VERY interested in American Historical Newspapers
1690-1922 and American Broadsides and Ephemera Series I.

Are both products now available?

American Broadsides and Ephemera is complete and available.

American Historical Newspapers consists of three separate series:

Early American Newspapers, Series I, 1690-1876
Early American Newspapers, Series II, 1758-1900
Early American Newspapers, Series III, 1829-1922

Series I is complete and available. Series II & III will have their
first release the beginning of June 2006.

Have New York City institutions (New York Public Library, Columbia
University, NYU) purchased them?

NYPL, Columbia, NYU have purchased EAN I. As of this morning, none has
purchased American Broadsides and Ephemera.

I hope that this answers your questions. Thank you for your interest in
Readex's Archive of Americana. More information on these collections,
can be found at: http://www.readex.com

Sincerely,

Jim Walsh
