i got ca. 53 raw webhits, which reduced to 18 when dupes were
removed.  most of them seem to involve penises in some way or
another, but there are a few that look like substitutes for
"pedicure", especially in juxtaposition to "manicure", but a few
times on its own, as in this from a Mary Kay Cosmetics site:
