1866 _Daily Evening Bulletin_ (San Francisco) 15 Dec. (19th Century U.S.
Newspapers)  Lazarus Moses, the alleged Fagan of the Hoodlum Band of young
thieves, was arrested last evening on a charge of receiving stolen goods,
knowing them to have been stolen.
