Here's someone who even condemns the Iraq invasion as "rude and inappropriate": http://groups.google.com/group/sci.electronics.design/msg/f1c44b0c1998aa0d?hl=en&

  Clearly he's not a native speaker of English; that to me makes it especially noteworthy that his achieved fluency includes such a tiny vocabulary of opprobrium.

Oh, ain't it the truth? The invasion of "inappropriate" into *the* most
inappropriate places. Where is the Mikado when we need him? Let the
punishment fit the crime! (Or was it the Lord High Executioner?)
