"If I tell you, I'll have to kill you."

I work for the U.S. Army, occasionally on some classified programs.  I
get to meet some interesting people.

One day during a meeting, this expression came up.  A guy in the meeting
said, "If you're going to say that, say it right:
"If I tell you, I _get_ to kill you."  We get some discretion."
